At Residence Quality Products LLC, our return policy extends 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Eligibility & Exceptions

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Customized or personalized bedding products
    • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing parts not due to our error
    • Clearance or final-sale items (marked explicitly on product pages)
  • Required Proof: A valid order confirmation or receipt is mandatory for all returns.

Return Process

  1. Request Authorization: Email support@residencequality.shop with your order number and reason for return.

  3. Inspection: We’ll review your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.
  4. Refund Processing: Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Partial Refunds Apply When:

  • Items are returned beyond 30 days of delivery.
  • Products show signs of use, damage, or missing parts (not caused by us).
  • Original packaging or tags are missing.

Exchanges

We replace defective or incorrectly shipped items only. Email us to initiate an exchange, and ship your item to the address above.

Gift Returns

  • Gifts Marked as Such: You’ll receive a gift credit via email once the return is approved.
  • Regular Orders: Refunds are issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.

Shipping & Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
  • Track Your Return: For items over $100, we recommend using tracked shipping or insurance.
