We ship within the United States (including AK, HI, PR). International shipping is currently unavailable.

2. Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
  • Custom Items: May take 5–7 business days (not applicable to current product range).

4. Fee Calculation

  • Orders under $50: $8 standard shipping.

  • A tracking number is emailed upon shipment. Track via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Orders over $200 require signature confirmation; carriers leave redelivery notices for missed deliveries.

6. Remote Locations

Deliveries to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote areas may experience 1–2 day delays.

7. Lost/Damaged Packages

Report lost/damaged orders within 7 days of the estimated delivery date via support@residencequality.shop. We assist with carrier claims or replacements.
